Join certified QiGong teacher, Diana Wells in this series of four introductory QiGong classes.  QiGong is an ancient Chinese art that empowers you to help yourself by activating your inner resources for self-healing and reducing stress through breathing techniques, postures and mindful focus.  Classes are free but space is limited so registration is required.
